As I entered my 50s, I am beginning to understand something deeply human: the power of food, while essential, is not always enough on its own. Aging, stress, environmental exposure, and modern lifestyles increase our nutritional demands that often go beyond what we can eat in a single day.
Take me for instance, if I consider that I should consume 1 gram of protein per weight in pounds, I would have to eat 18 eggs or 1.200 – 2.400 grams (7 – 8 cups ) of legumes a day…
Which is just not realistic!!!
This is why today Tribusana is embracing a more complete vision of well-being: one that honors food as the foundation, and uses science-backed, high-quality supplementation as intelligent reinforcement to meet our daily intake needs. It is not a shortcut nor a replacement for eating a well-balanced, rainbow-colored diet.
