I grew up in Kenya, a land where food is more than just sustenance; it’s a celebration of nature’s bounty. My childhood was filled with the vibrant colors and rich aromas of fresh produce from our garden. This early connection to real food shaped my understanding of vitality and well-being.
As a chef and a mother, I saw how modern life was pulling us away from these roots. We were busy, stressed, and disconnected from what fuels us. I founded Tribusana to bridge that gap. We combine clinical nutrition with the art of lifestyle architecture to create environments where healthy choices are the easiest ones to make.
