How educating and empowering the youngest of eaters can create the demand for a more sustainable food system, one school meal at a time.
“Tribusana thanks Castelli International School (CIS) for opening its doors and allowing us to implement a new, participatory approach to inspire a true sense of ‘healthy tribe’ within its school community.”
The Challenge
The primary goal was replacing traditional processed convenience foods—like nuggets and fish fingers—with nutritious whole foods. The hurdle wasn’t just selection, but doing so without increasing food waste, ensuring students actually enjoyed the shift.
School Mission
