At Tribusana, we empower change from the inside of our homes out because we believe that true sustainability and wellbeing starts by turning our kitchens into the beating heart of our homes and families. We encourage people to understand that the choices we make every day begin at our own tables and this can have a lasting impact on our long-term health and that of the planets’.
We help organizations, schools and families recognize the 5 Pains that quietly undermine wellbeing and sustainability and bring awareness and action with our strategies, recipes and tips that enable everyone to embrace our 5 Pillars of Change. In doing so, we help from the youngest to the oldest of eaters to become aware so that they can realign their priorities toward a more mindful and resilient way of living.
Sustainability isn’t just a corporate or school goal. It is an everyday human practice. It is that “little grain of sand” that collectively can make a huge difference.
When employees or students bring mindful habits home, they amplify your company’s and school’s mission that helps shape a healthier, more sustainable planet for all.
Through our “Sweet Awakening” workshop we try to remind people that eating more healthy within our home and moe intentionally outside our home does not have to mean giving up what you love.
We are here to inspire your awareness on how our life’s journey can be one that brings color, creativity, and connection back into our kitchens. It’s about choosing ingredients that nourish both our bodies and the planet at the same time, and turning every meal into an act of care, joy, and awareness. We want to remind you that true sweetness does not come from sugar but rather from an awakening on how good real food and mindful living can truly feel.

I want to share with you our story because we want you to become as passionate and confident in your own kitchen as we are when it comes to making simple, healthy and delicious meals together as a family.
Although I studied to became a Professional Chef in 2018, I am communicating with you as a mother of two thriving little Chefs who have become my biggest source of inspiration.
With great enthusiasm I welcome you to the world of flavourful, sustainable learning!
I love to bring a fresh perspective to the kitchen, and transform everyday meals into a delightful journey of discovery, connection, and environmental stewardship.
As a seasoned chef, I specialize in empowering families to embrace healthy eating habits, foster mindful relationships with food, and make sustainable choices that benefit both their health and the planet.
With a passion for making the kitchen a joyful playground rather than a mundane chore, I offer engaging cooking classes, educational workshops and speaking engagements that inspire both adults and children alike to eat real rainbows, reduce food waste and contribute to climate action one bit at a time.
